Hotwash Cleaning Systems
The PH Cleantec SR products can be used for many applications. For cleaning machine parts they have an on-top collector with sedimentation system and filtration. The cleaning liquid can be recirculated, so that the units are environment and resource-friendly as well as cost-efficient. Similarly, it is possible for tooling machines to be cleaned with their own cooling lubricant without issue.
The units are mobile and have an integrated 60-litre tank which can be filled with water or cooling lubricant; stainless steel units can also be operated with deionised water and acids. If necessary, cleaning concentrate can be added.
